Chip in today and help us fund this landmark human rights case.

The IHRA definition of antisemitism is silencing those advocating for Palestinian rights.

Help us raise the £80,000 we need to fight back.

The European Legal Support Centre’s (ELSC) legal case on behalf of Bea Foster is essential to:

  • protect our fundamental human rights

  • ensure that solidarity with the Palestinian people cannot be silenced

  • set a positive precedent to show that the IHRA is not fit for purpose and should not be used again

This landmark case will challenge the IHRA’s compatibility with our right to freedom of expression and association as guaranteed in the Human Rights Act.

Cases like these are not cheap to bring and PSC is covering all the fees. We don’t know exactly how much it will cost, but lawyers tell us it could be as much as £80,000. Any excess funds raised will go towards the rest of our campaigning work for the Palestinian people and against attempts to silence us.

It is essential we win – so please give whatever you can!

Help us win!

Bea Foster has spent over the last two decades fighting racism, building community cohesion, and standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

In 2025, Bea was accused of antisemitism after sharing social media posts condemning Israel’s crimes. The government then threatened to withdraw a prestigious award it had just given the charity Bea helped create – an interfaith charity that built community cohesion – unless she resigned.

The government used the IHRA to justify its position, citing her posts as evidence for antisemitism.

Now Bea is fighting back, and so are we. Donate today to help fund her legal case.
